She is well versed in preparing properties for sale, creating unique marketing plans that get results and property evaluations with pricing targets to maximize returns. In 2011, Wende joined Cartus Corporation, a leader in relocation services to organizations of all sizes around the world. She was introduced to the very specialized world of relocation at Cartus and sharpened her negotiating skills as a property price negotiator.
